Scholarships for Recreation Division Classes & Programs The City of Walnut Creek has a limited number of scholarships to assist families in need of obtaining safe, high quality recreation and preschool programs for their children and themselves. It is the goal of the scholarship program to ensure equitable allocation of available funding in a timely manner to families who supply the necessary financial information required and demonstrate the greatest need.
